Brent’s management experience spans three decades in service and manufacturing related industries. Having cultivated his business acumen in several senior operational roles within large private and public companies, Brent was able to forge a new path to meet his ambitions, leading to the inception of the ELE Group. From humble start up in 2014 to present, a $50million turnover and Deloitte's Fast 50 (2018 and 2019) organisation, the ELE group has certainly flourished under Brent's visionary leadership, now adding TheExecutiveAgency to the group's portfolio.
Outside of his work endeavours, Brent is a family man with a keen interest in travel.
Alan’s experience over two decades as a senior manager and C-level executive puts him top of the game at driving business value in the industry. Having worked with privately held, publicly listed and not for profit organisations in New Zealand and Australia, Alan has acquired a well rounded knowledgebase and open minded attitude to problem solving.
Alan’s specialities are in business development through maximising growth potential and building diversification options. His commitment to constantly researching new business opportunities means he is always at the cusp of finding new and better ways for the company to deliver to its customers.
What sets Alan apart from other management, however, is his insightful leadership style. Alan’s greatest strength lies in is his ability to listen, to engage with others in a professional and respectful manner and to harness the skills of his team to deliver effective and sustainable solutions to any challenge.

Steven has been an Executive Solutions frontrunner for nearly three decades. With a global breadth of experience which spans New Zealand, Luxembourg, the UK, the US and Australia, Steven is capable of bringing a fresh perspective to any hiring challenge, providing invaluable insight across the IT, Professional Services and Construction and Infrastructure sectors.
Steven attributes his success to his deep empathy. Having worked in social care and education in his early life to working as a Founder, CEO and Director in successful firms such as ReflexTech and Blue Anvil Technologies (Microsoft Sunday Times Fast Track 100, 2003 and 2004), Steven understands the needs of customers and candidates from all backgrounds and cultures and harnesses this understanding to deliver placements which provide win-win situations for both individuals and employers.
Outside of the office, Steven maintains a healthy work/life balance through his passion of rugby. He was introduced to the sport at an early age and his fervour for the game has only grown, now manifesting itself in his youth team coaching after years of playing at club level himself. Steven feels New Zealand offers an amazing opportunity for coaching given the world class talent the country has to offer at all ages, but he still maintains that, despite being a proud New Zealand resident, he is – for better, for worse – an England fan when it comes to international matches.
